The affirmation which comes from someone wanting to follow this spirituality is, indeed, a cause for euphoria.

However, experience dictates a very hands-off attitude on the part of the founder for both the charism and the aspirant. You're working for God, and He can call for the cancellation of the project at any time. The aspirants (adherents) themselves have to call the shots on whether or not they will join you. The founder (promoter) also reserves the right to inform persons if they do not fit the criteria for the group.

Aspirants will need flexibility unlike anything else they have ever experienced. They are also expected to share of their charism insights with the founder when the Holy Ghost prompts them. Everyone involved will need background checks; psychological testing; and character references. VIRTUS training is a huge plus.
