The Charity Associates of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal (CAMM) have as their mission the promotion of the Gospel of Jesus
Christ while serving Him in the poor, and making reparation for sins against the poor. Our goal is to eventually form a secular
institute with sisters in simple, annual vows, similar to the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul.
Additionally, we will have a contemplative branch. Members will be either recluses (no outside activity) or poustiniki
(limited outside activity). Our contemplatives will pray for not only our secular institute, but for the entire Vincentian
Family and the world.
All aspirants to the secular institute are required to belong to CAMM on the Religious Life Track. The Pre-Postulancy
and Postulancy formation is the same as that of the non-vowed members. Many topics are covered in CAMM which will serve as
a baseline for the CCMM formative years.
