The Marian Society for the United Kingdom arose from discussions between the CCMM Ministry of Our Lady of the Cloister and discerners from the British Isles.

A private lay association of Christ's faithful was discerned as the necessary instrument to work for rights for Christians; the New Evangelization of Catholics; and the promotion of vocations. We will also work for the preservation of the history of Catholic Christianity in the UK.

We reserve the right to propose religious community charisms for the sake of serving the faithful.
