Dr. St. Gianna's Assistants for Life (DGALs) will live a life similar to that of a structured Third Order Secular of the established religious orders.  Their lives will include the Liturgy of the Hours (one volume "Christian Prayer" acceptable); rosary; Mass (daily if possible); meditation; adoration; and monthly meetings if there are more than one DGAL in a locality.

 

The DGALs will participate as their Daily Duty permits.  They can make the small, yet huge, contribution of a single prayer said for the apostolate's intentions, or they can live according to a more structured prayer schedule.   

 

The DGALs will include amongst their apostolates the medical realities of abortion, to include the promotion of the video/DVD of "The Silent Scream."
