The Company of Charity of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal (CCMM) is an emerging secular institute with contemplative branch in the Vincentian tradition.

With the reception of aspirants, the CCMM will become a private preparatory association of Christ's faithful with the intention of becoming a secular institute with contemplative branch. They will then begin to build on their CAMM experience, and will write statutes based on the original rule of St. Vincent de Paul.

After a period of experimentation, they will then petition a bishop for recognition as a secular institute with contemplative branch.
