The Sisters of the Transfiguration & Holy Wounds are to be a religious community of contemplative-active
life, ministering primarily to the children of America's empoverished and beleaguered inner cities. With Salesian gentleness, they are to practice hospitality in the Benedictine and Brigittine tradition.
