The Parish Workers, Little Daughters of the Holy Family, live the Benedictine rule, especially hospitality,
while practicing the Little Way of St. Therese--doing small things with great love.
They will have a convent on or near the grounds of parish churches. Some prayers will be in the
convent chapel; others, the parish church with parishioners.
The Parish Workers could potentially be found in every possible job in the life of a parish. They
will work to build up the "Ecclesia Domestica," the "Domestic Church." Their jobs could be anything from parish
administrator to maintenance technician--wherever the parish has need.
The Parish Workers will also make reparation for parishes who have strayed from the Magisterium's
teachings.
