***A Proposed Charism that will begin as an active apostolate of the CAMM/CCMM Sacerdotal Division.***

The Parish Workers, Little Daughters of the Holy Family, will live in convents on parish grounds, and will help where needed in parishes.

Their spirituality will be Benedictine, yet will include St. Therese's Little Way of doing small things with great love.

Religious practices: daily Mass; the Liturgy of the Hours--Matins and Vespers in common. Most prayers will take place in the morning before they attend Mass in the parish church. Prayers for the day's closure will take place in the convent chapel, also.

The formation program is still being discerned. One year of the novitiate will be cloistered for the sake of deepening the candidate's prayer life. Then courses will include interpersonal relationships and parish dynamics. Simple vows will be renewed yearly for the next three to five years. A silver ring is received at final profession.

The habit will be black, with black capelet, silver cross, and long black veil attached to a bonnet. They will wear a belt and rosary. Footwear will be according to the sisters' needs.
