***A Proposed Charism***

Blesseds Louis & Zelie Martin, parents of St. Therese, the Little Flower, were also parents to several male children who all died in infancy.

The Sons of Blessed Louis Martin will be the cloistered, contemplative prayer support for the Servants of St. Agatha and Bl. Zelie Martin. Blessed Louis' monks will strive to imitate his most famous daughter's "Little Way"--doing little things with great love.

The monks will wear a grey habit with light pink hooded scapular.

All members, upon reception of the habit, will receive a religious name that includes "Joseph," as this was the practice of the Martins for naming their sons.

The monastery will be named for Our Lady of the Smile.  Since the Sons are the prayer support of the Servants of St. Agatha and Blessed Zelie Martin, they will be asking the intercession of Our Lady of the Smile, who cured St. Therese.

Men who belong to sedevacantist or schismatic societies should discern their position before making application to this or other SOLC Foundations.  Reconciliation with Rome is prerequisite.   May the Holy Ghost be your guide.
