Queen of Carmel Association includes Carmels of: San Diego, CA; San Rafael, CA; Santa Clara, CA; Seattle Shoreline, WA; Sioux City, IA; Sugarloaf, PA; Terre Haute, IN; Alhambra, CA; Armstrong, BC, Canada; Clinton Township, MI; Covington, LA; Eugene, OR; Kaneohe, Hawaii; Jackson, MS; Little Rock, AR; New Caney, TX; Pewaukee, WI; Piedmont, OK; San Antonio, TX; and Markham, Ontario, Canada. These Carmels follow the 1991 Constitutions.

Non-Associated Carmels do not belong to any associations, and the following abide by the 1990 Constitutions, except for Ada (Parnell), Michigan; Denmark, WI; San Francisco, CA; and Hialeah, FL; who follow the 1991 constitutions:
