***A proposed charism that will start as a Congregational Recluse for the CAMM/CCMM Educational Division.***
The Daughters of St. Elizabeth of the Visitation will be cloistered teachers following the Salesian/Visitation way of
life. These sisters may have boarding schools attached to their monasteries. Their habit will be blue, instead
of black.
Spiritual maturity is paramount to biological age.
The sisters will follow the Rule of St. Augustine. . .
and
the Spiritual Directory of St. Francis de Sales.
The constitutions will be based on that of the Second Federation of the Visitation. An attached academy will be
considered for remunerative work. The nuns will be cloistered. In the original Visitation, the nuns were up at
5am and retired at 10pm. In this charism, there will likely be a similar horarium.
